Do your canvases come with threads included?
Most of our canvases are sold individually to allow for customization. However, we offer a 'Kitting' service where we can hand-select a matching thread palette for any canvas you purchase.
What is the difference between 13 mesh and 18 mesh canvas?
The mesh count refers to the number of holes per linear inch. 13 mesh is larger and easier to see, while 18 mesh allows for finer detail and more intricate stitching.
Do you offer finishing services for completed projects?
Yes, we provide professional finishing services for ornaments, pillows, stockings, and more. Please contact us for current lead times and pricing.
How do I know how much thread to buy for my project?
Our expert staff can calculate the estimated yardage based on your canvas size and chosen stitch technique. Generally, one skein of wool or silk covers about 15-20 square inches on 13 mesh.
Can I request a custom needlepoint design?
Absolutely. We work with several artists to create custom hand-painted canvases from your photos or sketches. Contact our design team to start the process.
How should I store my needlepoint projects?
We recommend storing unfinished canvases rolled (not folded) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fiber degradation or creasing.
