We want you to love your stitching project. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened threads and unstitched canvases within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Items

  Ensure canvases are rolled and protected to avoid creasing; threads must have original labels intact.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Send your package to our studio using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
